‘Kent XI’ and ‘Young Surrey Professionals’ 1908. Large album page very nicely signed in ink to one side by thirteen members of the 1908 Kent team and, to the verso, by twelve of the Young Surrey Professionals of 1908. Kent signatures are S.H. Day, K.L. Hutchings, C.H.B. Marsham, A.P. Day, F.H. Huish, A. Fielder, H.T.W. Hardinge, C. Blythe, F.E. Woolley, E. Humphreys, J.R. Mason, G.J.V. Weigall and J. Seymour. The Young Surrey signatures include two who played first-class cricket for Surrey, E.B. Myers (11 matches 1910-1914) and A.J. Freeman (1 match 1919). Others include Stott, Emmerton, Reid, Palmer, Beattie etc. 6.75”x9”. Ink blot not affecting the signatures, otherwise in good condition. Early pre-WWI signatures.
