Three album pages of which two are signed in ink by fourteen players, the majority of whom played in the match Kent v Surrey at Blackheath 30th July- 1st August 1914, dated ‘July 31st 1914’. Signatures are Woolley, Hubble, Hardinge, Day, Humphreys, Blythe, Jennings, Carr, Troughton, Fielder (Kent), Hobbs, Kirk, Hayward and Platt (Surrey). The pages additionally signed in red pencil (one in ink) by twelve players for the match Essex v Hampshire at Leyton 30th July- 1st August 1914, dated ‘Aug 1st 1914’. Signatures include Douglas, McIver, Carpenter, Reeves, Russell, Tremlin (Essex), Kennedy, Mead, Brown, Livsey, Bowell (Hampshire) etc. One page signed back to back. Minor soiling and creasing, otherwise in good condition.
