England and Scotland international programmes 1956-1968. Fifteen original programmes. England ‘B’ v Switzerland ‘B’, The Dell, Southampton 21st March 1956. Listed for the England team are Manchester United players, Duncan Edwards, Tommy Taylor and David Pegg, who all died in the Munich Air Disaster two years later in 1958. Tommy Taylor scored a hat-trick in England’s 4-1 win. Folds, wear and some staining. Full England international matches played at Wembley are v Portugal 1958, v Scotland 1959, v Ireland 1959 (annotations), v Wales 1960, v Mexico 1961 (England won 8-0, annotations), v Rest of the World F.A. Centenary Match 1963, v Wales 1964, v Scotland, European Championship 1967, and a pirate programme for the match v Russia 1967(?). Also the Under-23 match v Romania 1957, and the Schools International v Germany 1966. Sold with three further Scotland international programmes, two at Hampden Park, v Finland 1964 and v England 1968. Odd annotations as indicated, some folds and minor faults, otherwise in good condition.
